Get to battle with a customer today over pricing, they want all kinds of information to see if my shop rate is reasonable
Send the parts out for competitive bid, that will tell you if my pricing is reasonable

I did get them to agree shop rate will be different in certain areas
My example which shop rate will be higher a place in New York City or Mississippi?
