They would have an advantage in having four attempts at every shot. But 12 is a lot at the Masters.

But their 12 handicaps will be at some local course, not Augusta National when it's groomed for the Masters.
My guess is, best case, they would still finish 12 over and 1 pro would be under par.
I never had the opportunity to play there, came close one time on a business trip. But, we did have a key salesman who lived on Pinehurst #2, on the Par 3 hole 12. I was a 7 handicap at the time and barely broke a 100. And it was not in tournament tough condition.

A team of 12HC golfers playing in a scramble have an effective HC of 8 using the standard 25/20/15/10 formula.
12x25%=3
12x20%=2.4
12x15%=1.8
12x10%=1.2
Total 8.4
Essentially, an 8 HC has the skills to manage the distance of Augusta, but not the accuracy or putting skills to break 80.
