Team Speedster Ready To Race Class 4 In Key West And Englewood Beach

Cool, can't wait to see how they do.

What kind of power are they running? Looking at their Facebook page the boat runs over 100? They should not be in an 85mph class if that's true.

I'm impressed with the handling in the rough and the corners I see of the boat.

Also good to see it ran in Class 2 where it belongs, not in Class 4 where it is capable of speeds 20 MPH faster. Congrats!!!

I hope Speedster runs Class 2 in Englewood also, but I can't see that happening. Maybe Class 3 though.

It's over a hundred mile an hour boat.

There is no way they have a clue this early.

Heck, they almost never get tomorrow right, let alone next week.....

A 40 percent chance of showers before 1pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 75. Breezy, with a north northwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Spent awhile chatting with him yesterday in the pits, and looking the boat over, before they went out to test. 107 is the best they've seen with a shorty on it and propped up to where it is a pain getting on plane.

Nice handling boat. It was interesting because while we were going over the boat, Steve Curtis stopped by and that is who Dan bought the boat from. Then Dan did a lot of bottom mods, and deck mods to fit in the twins.
