It will be interesting to see where everybody is at if they ever get the points up.
But, if you can run over another boat in mill time and not get a penalty in previous years, I can't see a penalty happening for a hose down, even if it was because the hoser was on the wrong side of the pace boat at the beginning and had to come over.
We shall see.
