R&R a vortec small block head without removing intake or exhaust manifold

Well it can be done, my haul truck vortec 5.7 driver side head took a crap, so I heard it can be done without removing intake manifold or exhaust manifold. Yes it is true, blew my mind how easy it was in the end. My truck is a 2000 Chevy 2500 with a vortec 5.7 ltr. Thanks to chevy for a another great design. Who hoo. total of $265.00 in parts and 10 hours of labor.
Motor runs awesome and no issues.
oh yeah, engine has 265,000 miles on her.:huh: :boobflash:

I plan on being there. lots of issues I have to step over to make it.
1 fricken thing after another, Now I found a cracked sea water pump. WTF
Oh well, another 100 bucks will not hurt me.:beatdeadhorse5:
