TowBoat USA was on the
scene Tuesday morning of a
grounded boat at the beach
at Fort Zachary Taylor State
Park. After the Florida Fish
& Wildlife Conservation
Commission and the U.S.
Coast Guard were notified,
it was decided that the towing
service would wait until
high tide Tuesday evening
to attempt to remove the
boat. All of the fuel on the
vessel was off-loaded. The
park service shut down all
swimming at Fort Zachary
Taylor. According to city
spokeswoman Alyson Crean,
one man on board sustained a
minor injury to his foot.
