Looks like Candace will be moving into her new house soon. Final inspection went well yesterday. 
Plus she got a cash offer on her existing home and will settle on that Sept 10th

Well Miki got her Toro mower back and after a couple hours of mowing she went rock hunting witch threw the deck belt. So I learned the difference between John Deere and Toro designs, Deere uses one belt to power the 3 blades and a separate belt to transfer power from the motor to the deck, Toro uses one to do everything. The Toro is a zero steer which makes everything way more fun to work on. BTW she really hurt the belt but I reinstalled it and said 5 min or 1 week it’s not going to last long, it made it 10 min
