Boating, in the Gulf, in SW Florida

The past weekend, our 16 years and I, enjoyed another beautiful day of boating.
We went a total of 66 miles, finding a great spot about halfway down Cayo Costa
island. It was a bit windy, and crazy hot! The Gulf water temp is right around 90
degrees.

Water temp of 90????? Holy crap Batman, our pool gets above 82 and I think it feels like a bath.

last week, and the weekend, mid 90s, heat index over 100
on Sat it was 95 air temp,

somewhat normal for this time of year

Close to shore it gets pretty nasty this time of year....but wade out a bit and it's really nice...great pics as always Frank!
