Merc. and/or CMI lawsuits?

With all the CMI issues and both Merc. and CMI just blowing off the consumer, just wondering; how many lawsuits are out there against Merc. or against CMI, or both.? I’m about to start one. Any good law firm recommendations? Merc/CMI have very little time before I take it to that level, and publish the “whole” story.
