Another 24 Pantera for sale in Florida

I REALLY like these boats. I am not in the market today, but I hope to be soon. What should a person be looking for in a 24/28 Pantera or 28 Cig?

Like any boat, they can get wet, do NOT be afraid of replacing the wet wood though, I ran mine for 3 years soaking wet with a big outboard, and 10" of setback, no real problems, and it really isnt that bad to rebuild one. Other than that, once it is solid, sticks to the dash, and hang on:driving: The 24 likes to chinewalk a bit, but drive thru it, more power the better:sifone: 28's are just badazz, but a heavy boat, a big single, or twin small blocks is the best setup for a 28.

seeing as it is a Bravo boat, I would go with a nice 502-540, and keep the bravo, 70MPH, motor should run ya around $6-8,000.

U can get a nice 80 MPH engine ( 509 ) for 8 easy !!!

I would not worry about the Bravo..hence the boat is very light and only 24 feet !:cheers2:
