Just A quick thank you to the OPA Staff, the Good People of Orange Beach, Alabama. And the Racer's that Put a on a Great show. As snotty as the water was you displayed the Sportsmanship, teamwork, and a lot of courage to race in what was a true rough water Race. I hope that some of my pics helped in showing how rough the water was!

10-12-2011 05:22 PMOne could have and one race 20 years ago isn't the same. Orange Beach has had multiple rough years. Some of the best air pix have been from Orange Beach. It was rough in '03 when I raced there. Who can forget the deck to deck pix of Motley Crew and Amsoil? Last year was bumpy and this year was spectacular. Since the course in Key West is basically in the harbor now it is unlikely you will ever see as much air.
