lawyers are just doing their job, when your sick do you want a Dr. who is going to agreesivly seeks a cure or one who says take take a couple aspirin maybe it will help.

The bottom line is the Judge's who are ultimately repsonsible for allowing friv, lawsuits to proceed and allowing ridiculous awards to be given. The judge can throw a suit out, the judge can reduce an award, the judge is the one who interputs the law.

True,but law is subjective to the perspective that lawyers state their case.
If an attorney files a lawsuit that says the sky is purple,the judge rules on the fact of law and the precedence.
