I am from Cardiff, Wales, UK. I am 24yrs and I would be enrolling for a graduate program at the University.

I am a Christian and I am a down to earth lady. I get along with people easily.. I don't smoke and I drink socially.

My hobbies are traveling, cooking, arts, painting, listening to music, dancing, swimming, badminton, tennis and reading.

I love meeting people and hanging out with friends.. I also love going to the movies once in a while. I will like you to tell me about yourself as well.

I would move into the home in Jan and I would rent the spot for 4months. I am okay with the monthly rent and the terms and conditions for securing the rental. I hope to read from you soon. Thanks.

Hey, yes it is still available. I have dropped the rent down to 425 per month plus utilities. It will start Jan 1st but it could possibly begin earlier and it ends in April. Here are some pics.

Some of those scams are people renting a place that they have no authority to lease. All they want is your personal info for identity theft.

Josh is the "owner" and has authority to lease.

Totally different.

Until she asks Josh for his personal info or money, it sounds legit to me.

thats what keeps bugging me, nobody i have ever met speaks like her. it reminds me of a somali scam where someone dies and they need to me deposit a cheque for 180 million into my bank account, and of course, i can keep however much i want.

Who in the hell sends you a biography when renting a place. Look at the links I posted...the names and cities are different but it's all the same cht. He'll either send you a fake check for too much, looking for the difference refunded or more personal information so that he can secure funding for the rent.
