Ratickle Rookie Racing in Harrison & St Clair

They made the sweetest start around buoy 5 in lane 2 and around corner one to take the lead you ever saw. Corner two, saved a near catastrophe. If that hadn't happened, Wazzup would have been chasin a long, long time I think......

Ask him......:)

You don't want to know what the people in turn two thought when they saw him comming...... I was 25' away from the bouy, and ducked!

Dean's Batboat only has a Bravo, not a Duo like all the others. He changes rotation for the Counter clockwise like Harrison vs the Clockwise like St Clair.

Don't know what class we'll run in St Clair at the moment. If Dean is really feeling brave, and they split it up right, maybe Class 5 and SVL. 84 was the best we saw testing, so in SVL, it would be just to have the privelage of folloowing you guys around the course to learn how crazy you really are ...:sifone:

Deans boat is a Bravo drive he just meant the left hand rotation props i have. We found with that boat changing between left and right hand props pending overall course direction helped dramatically. Do the V lite guys do that as well? just curious

Thanks George, appreciate it.

Dean's Vee comes first though. So we'll see how it shakes out. I know he wanted to try and spin a left hand 30 B1 if he can find one. Not sure what that will do to acceleration. That small block did okay on the start though, I scrubbed a lot of speed in turn two and Tyler went by in the back straight shortly thereafter. I'll figure it out. Odd handling boats........

The way I remember it was that we motored right by you to the front of the pack. Can't help it if your tug boat can't pull a stock small block on the start!:03:

Just remember who dynoed and fixed that stock 400 HP smallblock. This weekend it will look like I have 1000HP and your stock small block has 200.:sifone:

That wasn't a mistake, that was crazy. And George and your wife both said you set the boat up wrong.....:sifone:

Dean almost had me start outside, and I'm like It's okay in clean water (he actually believed me).

(Got a tough time believing that 72mph part Tyler....:))

I set the boat up the same way I always do but I had the prop repaired after hurting a blade last year and took for granted it was right I was wrong I have never left 3 mph on the table. But I spent all day working on the boat to make it better than ever I even had the engine back on the dyno to make sure I had all the power when the engine was fresh no more MR. Nice guy in St. Clair. This will be me on the start lol :seeya:

The Rookie vs. The Madman this is getting good!

But you see, I'm smart....

Before the race, I visited with Tylers wife too. And asked her to make sure he knew he wasn't supposed to run over me. (She said he never listens to her so it probably wouldn't do any good), but heh, I tried.

So then I talked with George......(Figured he was more important than Tyler anyway. He was holding that little round thingy....:))

Tyler, are you running that thing on some of that raspberry juice you brought home from your SC road trip? Is that the secret to the power?

So that's the deal..........

Need some super secret power juice, maybe Frankie can visit some of the boys in the hills down there and send some up quick for St Clair......

Rat the only advice I can give you for St. Clair is wear a rain suit or seal up the hatches. :sifone:
