Just go to Horny Toad. That is the place to be anyway. I boat am undecided if I am gonna bring my boat down. I am getting it ready for paint and have the rubrail off and everything. I probably will, ugly or not.:driving:

Ya, i called and they have tables for 4 for $150.. I think since its just the 2 of us, we are gonna wander around.. lol

Shady / Lazy Gators (across from Horny Toad) has the best viewing areas. The pits are up the road anyway and not right at the Toad...

best bet is to park in one of the remote lots on HH, take the shuttle; stop off at the pits on the way and walk around then reboard the shuttle to Toad / Gators.

Damn, I didn't think it was that bad last year. I thought it was $40 a person for weekend passes. What about Shady Gators? We might have a couple boats down with empty seats depending on who actually goes. Everyone is having commitment issues this year.:cuss:

We'll be down Thurs night, leaving Monday am

We'll be riding around in this boat

+1 what Tommy Gun said... Shady Gators is a great spot to watch the races and you can easily get over to the pits from there.

Baywatch - you going to splash the sled or watch it with the land-lubbers? :sifone: I haven't decided yet...

"OSS is proud to announce a $10,000.00 Prize Purse for it's Pro/Am racing classes at the LOTO Championship Event. The OSS will be running their Pro/Am classes 1-4 as well as the OPA's Super Vee Class. EVERYONE from the serious performance boater to the seasoned racing pro are welcome to come out and try their hand in the Pro/Am format. Boats must meet the requirements as listed in the Pro/AM class rule book, found in the racers resource section at www.offshoresuperseries.com"

We are thinking of dusting off the Saber for this, who wants to come out and play??

Q, We will definately be heading up in the sled. We will check out Shady/toad via sled Fri morning and then be anchored next to a cruiser directly across the channel from Gators on Sat and Sun (gotta have a place for the kiddo to watch his movies and take a nap).

The washing machine after OSS is the best water of the season:driving:

if you ever thought of driving in a race a ( a real race) then this is best time to try it, this is not running down the lake a few seconds wide open untill the boat scares you and then you lift and start high 5,n eachother,, this is a real race condition competition event , imagine a row of boats your in the middle some outside some inside running along with a pace boat and up goes the green , your heart starts pumping you slamm the throttles foward and your racing, com on and try it. if you never done,, it youll never forget it ,, bring some friends to do videos ,, pic,s this will last a long time. :driving:
