Good morning. Closing today. Selling dad's house.

Dad moved to assisted living back in December. He is mentally fine but has trouble walking. Can't drive or get around without a walker.
I need to convince him he is not rich when he sees the check for the sale. I keep reminding him his monthly rent now is about what he paid for his first house in the 1950s.

Snowing and blowing. Calling for 45 mph winds. Far out. 55 degrees felt great for a day. Knocked down some snow banks.

The place we are selling is about 15 minutes from me. The place he moved is about 30, but close to my sister.
