Power is still on. Turned from rain to 28 about 2am. The roads are going to be a mess. Poor Bodyman is already 6 weeks behind.

Sell them new cars when they crash. Then they will slow down. You will sell more cars. Bodyman will catch up. Win/win/win.

Toying with the idea of buying a mcmansion so I can move my dad in. He's paying $6000 a month for assisted living and he hates it. If the house was big enough and he had his own suite it would work. I'd recoup on the back end. So to speak.

On the front end, I love my dad, and he is pretty good company. For 92. He is mentally sharp. But his right leg went bum after a stroke a couple years ago. Not mobile. Not senile.

Also, so I can be nearby for dad, it should be on my country club.
Preferably far from the clubhouse where there is no beer cart.

Take a look at all of the requirements for a family member assisting. I think you can recover a fairly large amount, but there are requirements.
