• May 31, 2026: Deadline for Illinois lawmakers to pass the stadium bill or adjourn without it.
• The Bears aim to open a new domed stadium by 2030, so early resolution is critical.

Bottom line: Unless the Arlington Heights stadium bill passes and funding is secured by the May 31 deadline, the Bears are expected to move to Hammond, Indiana, marking the end of their long tenure at Soldier Field.
