I went through the same analysis and ended up with a Caddy STS-V with a 100K CPO warranty. Bought it as a lease return with 11,000 miles. It's been fun to drive and it really does have room for adult sized people in the back seat.

Cool choice! Don't see many of the STS-V's which is a plus, and they are nice cars. :driving:
