My day from hell!

We will probably pass each other on I-4. I'm headed from Deland, to St Pete to celebrate Christmas with my parents.

Ohhhhh.....we should be headed back Saturday. I host here on Sunday for my side of the fam.

Twice in one month. We were over there for Jackie's grad at Stetson. It was a quick trip, in then back home.

I will be back on Saturday too. I'm riding over with a long time buddy who lives in Ormond. His family still lives in St Pete too. We are picking up his son in Oveido, then leaving. Randy has a dinner to go to Saturday, so I won't be at mom's long. My little sister is coming early so she can have Christmas breakfast (Moon eggs, don't ask ).

Stetson has a beautiful campus in Deland. The Stetson College of Law is over there.

That sux Nick, but at least you didn't have 20 inches of snow and have to dig 4 feet down. There is a broken main up the street from my office running hard, they have let it go all week, don't know when they plan on fixing it, 4th repair on that street this year....

Depends on the size of the leak Anybody remember the River Rd (Bethesda) leak last year...turned it into a class I rapid....

Well, all's back to normal now. Got the new line in on Christmas eve, and by time I was done with the last shovel full of dirt cleaning up the mess it was about sunset. That was 3 days of crap I could have done without, but hey, no one said these things happen when you expect.

So much for Christmas though, kind of put a damper on things, didn't even get a chance to see my folks.

Oh well. At least it's warm and I have running water. Things are good.
