Inconel valve choices...??

It's about the time for me to order valves, I need Inconel, even though some say i do not, I am buying inconel anyway...

Is there any valves more cost effective them Manley?

I have approx 450HP and think maybe another brand will do the job??

Anyone use the Ferrea or Rev?

Any other brands to look at?

Looks like Manleys are 329.99, just looking to see if I can save a few bucks and still get Inconel...

Thanks, FF

I think you will find all the good valve manuafacturers sell their Inconel exhaust valves at about the same price levels. The $20-30 you might save using a lot of your time and resources searching around would be better spent doing some really good work on the valve job, seats, bowls and ports that spending it searching for small price differencials.
Also be careful that saving a few bucks on valves won't net you some substandard valves that might end up being the end of your new engine build!
All the manaufacturers and distributors you mentioned here make excellent product especially if you purchase their extreme duty valves.

What it comes down to; when that stainless exhaust valve is bouncing around the chamber, at that time you'll say; should have bought inconel. You can get Manley or Ferrea. Manley about $45, Ferrea $42 each. Have used both, both are quality valves. Ferrea, has a better finish and better tech support.

I've had good luck with REV. Lots of blower and nitrous abuse. Good company to deal with too, will make custom sizes quick.
