I'm giving away my Verizon wireless air card.

I recently quit their wireless broadband service. The wireless card is a USB interface. If anyone wants it free e-mail me.

are you going to keep paying for the service?:sifone:

I have had awesome luck with them. after the hurricane I had 7+ computers networked at my business and running through one card for 4 months until they buried some new cable.

We did bump up against their MB limit early on but after some education it was no longer an issue.

Wobble, Seadated,
I had a problem with Verizon. They could not provide an adequate siginal to my location after I'd been with them about 18 months. I complained and asked to cancel my service. They wanted an early termination fee. I refused since they couldn't provide the signal. They said there was no requirement to provide a good signal 100 % of the time.
I filed a complaint with the public utilities commision in Michigan. They forwarded the complaint to Verizon and three days later someone from a presidents office called me and offered to stop my contract at no cost.

If either of you want my card for a spare let me know. I have no use for it.

I don't think it would have any value as most of the time they give them away with a new contract. Were you aware that you can add an external antenna or even external amplifier and antenna

I appreciate the offer though

They do offer a pay-as-you-need-it service. $15/day is pricey depending on how bad you need to get online. To surf SOS- not worth it (LOL!), to sell some stock that shot up 200% then maybe so.
