How do you get serious offshore as shortcut

What do you mean background menu? Do you mean on your desktop?

If so, right click anywhere on a blank part of your desktop and choose "new" and then "shorcut." In the location box, type in or paste the link to SOS.

Alt + T --> Alt + O then hit use current

LOL- that will set SOS are your home page so you don't have to hit a bookmark!
