● Speaking of that, Obama’s new secretary of the Treasury nominee, Timothy Geithner has come up with a new plan to lower taxes: Don’t pay them.

Bottom line is...

A. If the guy is so stupid that he didn't know he had to pay self-employment taxes then he is not qualified to be the SOT.

B. If he isn't that stupid then he knowingly broke the law and does not deserve to be SOT.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse.
