Crashed Cougar

Driveline has to be worth that if it is what it says it is....

Wet sump old style #6's,,1200 huber's and engines thrown together by somebody ,,,did not run right,,never seen a dino. NOT CHIEF'S like he told me .
Some old 572's painted nice . LOL
The interior is nice thogh.:sifone:
U can also tell by the add,,he has NO clue. the tranny's have 10 clutchplates instead of 7 not 8 instead of 6 !!!!!

The balance would be the cost of the damaged boat and the cost of repair then add the trailer Plus mechanical and subtract that from it's worth as a running boat? LOL or do you have a large negative number and Just like Cougars.

As a running boat,,,(90 K) today. repair 60 trailer 12 = 62 from 90 = 28 K

So a buyer should not pay more then that....if that...the way it sits now !!!:ack2:

Was this the Cougar that had Money painted all over it? I can't remember the name of the boat, but a guy I know had it in Del Ray.

Thanks Devil, that was it. The guy use to own American Rack and Stack in Del Ray. We had it up in NH for a weekend, but it wasn't liked to much Marine Patrol was all over the noise.

A guy from Georgia purshased it from him i think then had a mechanic go thru the engines ,,mmhhhh,,then wanted to sell it while it was here in Sarasota.
Then a guy on the east coast was intrested but on the way there this happend !!!

Thats the story i got.
Nice boat ,but not worth anywhere close to Steve's,,,non is .!!!!:USA:
But ,,,fiberglass can be repaired as strong or even stronger then new.
So who ever buy's it can get it done, just contact me .

The glass repair can be done in any number of shops, assuming the Mechanical side has been checked out by a reliable engine guy. What you have in the end is a boat that has been repaired with top dollar invested.

This Boat has a well known history so finding a buyer will be a little hard in this economy.

If you could get this and the big metal Cougar at National Liquidators together on the cheap, you'd have a shot... ha ha ha. :sifone:
