My sister in law used to live on Snell Isle/Island by the Vinoy golf club and I believe Chris Parker lived there at the time as well.
She just rented her house out in Placido and moved back towards Tampa. She is an attorney and between new school for her daughter and that 20 mile/over the bridge commute she wanted to try a new place. I thought she was nuts for selling her Snell house and moving to Placido....too swampy in there for me but it was a bigger house/pool etc for her family.
