boat storage after key west poker run

after driving straight thru from NJ and spending 2 days on the water now. we are going to leave the boat in Fl for the winter.
I dont need in and out service, just a secure indoor storage in the south florida area for after the key west poker run. maybe do one or 2 poker runs this season

Right now we have some room in our warehouse in Pompano, just north of Ft Lauderdale. About 10 minutes to a launch ramp, then 10 more to the inlet. Nice area, secure building. How big is the boat?
