3rd time the tornado sirens have gone off, I think my dad lost his plane when a tornado hit the airport, my brother got caught out on the lake in the storm...

I remember that water all too well, and that sort of chit pops up out of NOWHERE on Erie.

thats how it is here too.. just randomly sittin out there look one way its perfect, turn around at the dock bar and boom, its black. when there were no storms predicted to come.

Just got back from surveying the tornado damage, My dad got lucky, major damage within a couple hundred yards of the hanger, the old terminal is leveled. Here's piks of the damage within 1/4 mile and picks of my dad's airport mancave...

I talked to my folks this afternoon. They live at the corner of 795 and Oregon Rd.
Tornado that wiped out Lake HS came about 300 yds from their house.
I saw that Lake HS was demolished. I learned to drive in the parking lot of Lake HS.
Wow!
Fortunately my folks house is fine, and only thing is a swamp in the yard from all the rain.
