They had this at the Annapolis Boat Show 2 years ago. Water temp was probably in the 60's but that thing was cranking at 104 in the water. Not much insulation on it though so I would think you would go through propane pretty quick.
Not sure of the market for this thing though. They said they thought people would use it off the back of their boat. But if its cold enough to want to get in a hot tub I am not sure many people will either want to get in the water off a boat, or even be out on their boat anchored out somewhere.
And if you had a dock I would think you would be way better off with standard hot tub on the end of the dock or on a float you built for it.

It's for the guy that has to have every gimic. It would be used once and then you'd go this thing takes to long to set up, not big enough, and chicks would laugh at you when you would ask them to go for a dip.
