Haven't decided if I wanna make it a bad ass blender or just a historical 1959 restore. It's a 5.9 horse Mercury Silent six. Given to me by a buddy. Had compression the day I got it.
As a blender, it'd make really big Margaritas.......

Okay so not to distract anyone with giant margarita talk anymore...even though I think my job should come with an open bar sometimes... here is our winter project.

To give a little photo montague of how it looked a few years back when we bought it to how it has changed over the years...

This is how it looked when we got it...

Then a couple years ago we got a sponsor named Lenmar and they painted it and powder coated the roll cage and hardware and the trailer too. (note to self- never let a sponsor rename your boat or paint their logo on it...decals only)

And finally this is what it looks like today....we hope the airbrushing can get finished then the clear coat so we can pick her up on Sunday. Still have to get the cowboy skull painted on the capsule lid and have the cowling painted since we had lost the original cowling this summer in the bay of San Diego.
