Throw a line onto it, and they get the salvage claim....or should I say keep SeaTow from getting it.

If they were on a performance boat they MIGHT have been able to save it.
Treat every situation like a dog, if you can't eat it or hump it, piss on it and walk away.

That was also the other thing I was thinking, who pulled them out.

My first thought was I would have tried to board and save it. It looked to be going at a reasonable speed and tracking straight.

I kind of chuckled when it hit the rocks too. Like my wife said, "stupid boys".

I know you would have tried to get onboard.

But in actuallity, running at a safe distance and then shutting the motors off was the right thing to do. Cause I'm sure whoever was on the boat already saw the others being rescued. Again, I'm just glad everyone is OK.

In reality it's hard to say what I'd do..... So you run along side it and jump on and turn the boat off, you're a hero... Or run along side it, trip and fall between and get hurt or killed and I'm a moron for doing something so stupid....

I may have just let it keep going and tried to warn others unless there was someone still on-board....

I've been in two situations like this in my boating life and luckilly both boats came to a stop when the passengers were ejected...

Can't wait to hear the rest of the story. That's just weird.

You should add the story and vid to safety videos.......
