South Haven was a Blast! It was good to see everybody and get to know some new friends. Not sure if it gets better than riding in the Flat Deck all day and partying and Captain Lou's all night. Thanks for showing a guy a good time!!

Couple of the dumbest things from this weekend (unbelievably, NEITHER of them had anything to do with any of us!):

In post 121, middle picture...the bowrider on the right side of the pic actually HIT the metal side of the channel as he was idling in. I mean, COME ON. All you have to do is steer straight down a 100 foot wide area...and you hit the wall? Dumb dick. Scraped down it for about 20 feet before he could pull away as well.

Saturday night at the bar, after running probably 50-60 mph in 4 footers and watching a couple of our boats lose windscreens, some dude was asking what bad influence offshore was, then tells me he has run 70 mph in 8 foot water in his 30 foot Formula. I told him no f'n way....what power do you have. He proudly told me "twin 454s." I said...I call bullsh%t....reached behind me, grabbed Big D, and told him "This dude says he has run 70 mph in 8 footers in a 30 Formula." Den didn't even respond...just looked at the dude, shook his head, and turned away. Awesome. I told the dude, you can bs a lot of people, but it ain't gonna fly with this crowd.

Give the guy a brake he was trying to dock the boat on the wall and run up to get a hot dog until someone told him joe had all of them in his pockets. Thats when him and his ol lady pushed the boat off the wall and continued on getting in everyone way.
