So far we are still a go for the 18th. I am taking the boat tomorrow to the guy installing the extra tank (John Cogan @ Concept Marine) and should have it back tomorrow night. Then on thursday I will fill the tanks so that we can run 50 miles and get a read on fuel burn. Other than that we are ready to go.

Also if someone turns me on to a sponsor I will give you back 10% finders fee

    All wishing you the best.

Have you talked with Bob Teague? He was on the boat with Nordskog when the record was set.

Wendsday morning Bob Russell will be taking off from the Golden Gate Bridge heading for long beach to break an old record set by Bob Norskog in a gasoline powered boat. He will be using his 51ft Outerlimits Cat Powered by Sterling Performance Engines. The old record of 6 hours should be taken down if everything goes according to plan which is never easy in a high performance boat. He hopes to make the run in a little over 4 1/2 hours running nonstop for 435 miles. We should be down at the long beach yard house by lunch time. I will be off the internet but you can call my cell for updates. 909-285-7486
