Drinking espresso grind this morning, need to get more French roast at Costco. Breakfast is leftover cornbread stuffing patties seared in coconut oil, poached eggs with avocado slices (yeah, all the avocado talk worked), and a bit of fruit.

One brother just had the flu. Now my other Brother and Dad have it. I was smart enough to avoid seeing my brother with the kid. It was the little bugger carrying it and infected everybody.
