Dreaming of palm trees and powerboats, but the weather here makes me think how my country had it 70 yrs ago...Offshore Racing wasn´t designed to be a spectator sport, it's for people or companies with's lots of money to push the envelope of endurance technology and hopefully put a trophy on a mantle. It's man vs the elements, not like boats with like engines running in circles.

10-17-2009 09:49 PMMade it home safe...pretty calm night by my standards. Drinking beers now, taking a limo (Stretch Hummer) into the city (NYC) tonight at 10:30 with a couple other people. It might get interesting, but I'm bringing the lady friend so I might have to behave. I normally don't really are but all of her friends are going to be there so she said I have to behave. Basically I'll drink all of the beer I can, just need to stay away from the shots...that's when things get ugly.
