01-25-2010 10:48 PMOH Boy,
Dont make me dig up the old pics. When I lived up in CT, and was restoring the Chevelle, I used to go home after work every night, walk the dog, grab something to eat, then head to the shop to work on the car. Being as I was welding, doing bodywork etc. I didnt drink much while working, just a nice coffee every night. Well, whenever I would walk into the Dunkin Donuts, the 16 year old girl that worked the counter used to say "Hey Whats up Joe Dirt".

01-26-2010 12:04 AMNo mullet here, homes... I was too cool for that.
Here's some helmet hair from an enduro circa 1975 (back when it was all the same color...)

Nothing good can come from this thread.
A thong is like a barbed wire fence, it protects the property but doesn't ruin the scenery.

Very true.
littledcrodshop did one of these about a year to two years ago, and I was a winner.

01-26-2010 09:23 AMHer parents owned the place, so she could get away with it. And YES, I did still have what some people called a mullett for the early part of the 2000's, I just called it long hair At the time I was married to a girl with the big 80's hair, so I got away with it. Once my ex and I split, it took me about a week to clean up, she still sports the big hair, and too dumb to realize why people are laughing at her

Longhairedhippiekid. This is where I got my nickname... My mullet days ended in high school...don't have any pics on the computer of that beauty...
My mom is a beautician, so I NEVER got to have long hair as a kid. As soon as I went to college...I let grow long.
Here's the end of the long hair, though...had my mom cut it to a mullet for a couple pics just for fun before it went all short...

I had the quintessential late '80s mullet:
Spiked on top.
Shingles on the side.
PERMED in the back!
I'll see if I can find a pic. I have one leaning on the Monte Carlo with the Cragars and T-Tops.Brian Tillett; Active Thunder Factory Representative
