OK, just weighed myself....243 lbs. Want to get down to my college weight of between 225 and 230. Figured if I posted it here there would be more incentive to loose the weight (and report my progress). Will report back when I start seeing some results.

I joined a workout facility this week and am on the road to making myself healthier than I am today!
Not sharing how much I weigh LOL! I'll keep you posted on the weight loss.
Wish me luck. I'm getting ready to go work out in a little bit.Queen of Bammin'

Haven't worked out in months, but got 242 in the morning yesterday. 249 at night. Probably as light as I've been in 10 years. Shooting for high 220s... Then might go back to the gym.

I've been trying to make my way back to the gym and altering my diet a little. I've lost about 15 pounds so far.

It's been approx 8yrs since I was last in the gym and lifting decent. A slipped disc on the Smith Machine changed things for me and I quickly lost all motivation for any and all things to do with lifting. At my best, I was 6'1", 242lbs at 10% with a 36" waist. As yrs passed, I found myself close to 260lbs and waist line approaching 42" with a set of moobs to compete with anyone. As I'm sure most of you can attest, a few pics of yourself on the boat will quickly put yourself into perspective and let you know just how much of a fat ass you've become. Today, I'm slowly back into the gym lifting low weight/high reps and swimming about 4-5mi a week. I'm back to 235lbs/23%bf/38" waist and looking to lean up a bit and put some of that good weight back on.
I'll try to post results every couple of weeks.Boat-less...

After a 25 years I decided to get back into soccer...... Two years ago I joined an adult winter league and found out how bad I was in the cardio department. Soccer is nothing but short 5-15 second sprints, sometimes back to back. I'm loving it now!
I was skinny in my teens/20s and filled out some through my 30s so weight has never been a problem. But now, getting outrun but a 20-25 year old who is controlling the ball pisses me off. I am eating healthier and going to the gym with a new agenda now. Cardio and speed!

Five years ago McD's or any fast food was a simple, easy, lunch/breakfast solution to a busy day. Now the thought of it grosses me out. Oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, a snack bar mid morning, a light sandwich for lunch with water.... I'm still having trouble with dinner, not always healthy.
