good news and market goes down, bad news it goes down or up some days and stays the same some days. We had a 1% increase in retail in January and housing sales are up in several areas.
The stimulus package blows but based on what every person says that is against it, is that it isnt really a stimulus package and we dont need it... so the market should realize that and go up?

Dow needs to stay above 7400. Tech bottom at 7450, moves in 50 point increments. Solid bottom could form if we stay above 7400 and rise.
