Here is a video link taken a few weeks ago showing the new Pantera 41' "P1 Edition" .
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ke16Nr95NM
My plans were to do some footage out in the Ocean but my friend JC let me borrow a set of 4 blade 32 pitch props off of the original "Warpath" Apache 41' to get a baseline but they were too small in pitch and diameter and all over the rev limiters with the drives tucked in and alot of the throttle left so I decided to call it a day.
The following day we tested again with Mercury Racing Factory Rep. Brad Halpin with a set of 5 blade Mercury Racing props ( 17 1/4 by 35 ) that worked excellent and gave us great acceleration and very fast speeds. I could not get the gentelman that took the video to go out again on such a short notice.
Next week the new Pantera 41' P1 Edition will make its race debut in Sardinia, Italy. I will then add more race footage to this video.
On this coming Tuesday the new Pantera 41' with its new owner Ocean Dragon Racing will be testing the boat in England for the 1st time with some additional Mercury Racing and Hering props. Then a 3 day drive straight to Italy.
It should get even faster with more test time since this new 41' only has approximately 30 minutes of total test time on it.

Just rained a few minutes before and it was dead flat out in the ocean and Intercoastal water way. Hopefully there will be some big water next weekend in Italy.

The gentleman that owns the boat is from Hong Kong and lives in the UK.
The Chinese flag is Red w/ the yellow stars. Hence the color scheme
