you most definately should NOT have power to all...
you most definately should NOT have power to all 7 pins. There are two grounds in there. One for trailer lighting and one for the aux power. Should be one full time power, two grounds, one running...

it terminates in your 7 pin trailer connector at...
it terminates in your 7 pin trailer connector at the rear bumper. There should be an AUX power relay and fuse in the underhood fuse/relay box.

Yes, Bravos have a speedo pick up tube in the leading edge of the lower unit. I would suspect yours was disconnected when the nose cone was installed.
