Trip 42 fountains????

98-2002 trip 500/525s lightnings (windshield not fairing) boats.

What is your guys opinion of them? Looking for the good bad and ugly around it all.

I have a friend up here that has a 98, boat started out as a triple bulldog boat, ran 92ish. The drives were set high because the boat took along time to get on plane. Has big power in it now runs over 100mph. The boat did eat up drives but it is always driven hard. I had a triple 37 Outerlimits at the same time 502 500's and the OL was faster

One last thing, If you buy a triple engine boat get into it at the right price cause they are extremely hard to sell
