What hitch did you end up using?

I went with class V.

Did you find a 2 1/2" that was easily adjustable for height?

Didn't look for one. Truck is not lifted.

Mine's not lifted either, but for the small trailers (24'Marlin, car hauler, etc), it's way too high. For the Scorpion and Black Thunder it's fine.

I ended up using the 2" receiver bar with an adapter, with a 5" drop, for the car hauler.
