Gentleman by the name of Mark Forster is trying to figure out the history of this Hull. Reportedly a Dubai team, I will have more pics as they come in.

I've read about the drives, the company still builds them. On the company history site it does not mention this boat and so far I've found no other photos or references.

Cobra boats were originally built in England then the company was purchased and moved to the US from what I've been able to find.
