Barron Boats New 290 Sport Hits The Water In Lake Havasu

The first model from Barron Boats—the 290 Sport deckboat—is complete and its 30-foot center console is on deck, according to industry veteran Jerry Barron, who founded the company earlier this year.

I always wonder how safe boats with huge open bows are. That accident that was lost a few years ago with the boat spinning out with something like 6 people riding in the bow, then trying to turn, was millions in the lawsuit lost.

Do they just put a sign in there, like the top of a ladder, that says do not ride up front when underway?
