Good morning . Some boating in today’s plan. Donna is off for Juneteenth, whatever that is. Road-trip tomorrow for Father’s Day weekend with Eliza. Bringing Ellwood back with us to hang out for a eeek or so.

Put the center console in yesterday. Willy Wind said 5 mph wind. By the time we got to state park it was at about 20mph. Went to Horton Bay and hid from the wind. Had a good day. It was still blasting away when we pulled off at 6.

Another great day on the water. Andy and his lady rafted off us for a few hours. Alan came out with his paddle board. Great day!

Woke up around 2:00 and the power was out. I knew it hadn't been out long so I grabbed my phone, reported it, then got up and went out and hooked up the genny. I have a plug on the side of the house and a transfer switch in the garage. Threw a tank of propane on it and ran a shore power cable from the shed (big door is open) and the house. Now everything is back on, but I can't go back to bed. At least the fridge and freezer are good to go. Rain went through but I didn't think there had been much wind.

It came back on about 90 minutes later. I need a Generac so I can stay in bed when this happens.
