He was much more hardcore than Tom Bosley ever was. But he does look happy! Was Grampa any relation to Ray Herrick from Tecumseh Engines?

I needed the thaw. I cleaned my eves troughs faithfully this fall, but the weather still got me. No last window to get things squared away before the hard freeze came. They were full of leaves when the snow, sleet, rain, etc hit and they all froze solid with ice. Yesterday afternoon I was able to clean the entire front (ranch) and I'm going to try to do the rear in a few minutes. (Headlight flashlight. Damn short days.)

Really not sure. The Herrick’s from Forrester(the thumb area) are all long gone. Pretty small family. My Great Uncle Herrick never had children, so no one to carry on the name.
