This was/is also a thread on that "other" boating website

How about posting up pics of your Bullet. Please include the HIN number if possible. I would like to get a full count of ALL Bullets produced. The response on the other site was less than expected, so I figured I would start my 1st thread over here. It would be nice to eventually show the entire production run.

68 is not that high a production number and I'm confident that with people giving up the info, we can come up with a decent chronology for the production run.

For those with ambition, maybe you can also the following info:

Your General boating area (ie Keys, LOTO, Hampton Roads, etc)
    power
    drives
    props
    Speed
Mods and or upgrades and as much history as you care to provide

And I'll start with my info:

    1988 with no notch
    HIN CRT31B23B888
    Power 454 Mags with B&M 250 Blowers & 850 Holleys & SM Exhaust
    Bravo drives
    27P Mirage props
Low 70's and still trying for more

Bought 2 years ago after sitting for a few years. I may be only the 3rd owner but not sure. Believe the boat to have been in the Chesapeake Bay it's entire life. Stock cabin. Stock cockpit that needs work. Stock dash that needs work.

Seaford, you've met the guy riding shotgun at the Ocean Marine PR. That's TomZ. His wife doesn't let him out much

Thanks for the compliment. The red is hard to keep shining. It's a 50ft boat, you get any closer than that and you can see all kinds of flaws!

Clay and Brad. Can you guys post up your hull numbers please?

And Clay, I know I speak for...ummmm....how many users are there on the other site?....like a mil???.....well, I speak for all of them. We've been patiently waiting for your posts to become more colorful and interesting again. Maybe you can start anew over here and certain people may not see the pics? You could help a new site with a fund drive. I KNOW people will contribute to get to the bad boy section if you start posting again!!

BTW, did I tell you that after sitting for more than 10 years, my old boat I sold to TomZ was in the water a few weeks ago? It's a Chris Craft 222 Stinger. We finally got the bugs out and ran it one day. Boat ran great and seemed to pull with a 25P prop no problem. Since it was only breaking in, we never ran it more than about 3200rpm. He's looking forward to next season already!

Thats right Carter. He has some nice ones. Seems like a big bang for the buck. Have to sell the Nova first then I'm ready to find a new love.

    Believe he still has two.

A thong is like a barbed wire fence, it protects the property but doesn't ruin the scenery.

    Carter,

If you have a few minutes and you wouldn't mind, can I get your info including the HIN numbers for your 2 Bullets? And any additional info on engines, drives, props, speed, etc would also help. Couldn't hurt if you're looking to sell either one could it??

    And Clay,
Can I get your HIN also?

I'm getting excited now, I've got about 7 of 68 now!

The book say 8800 dry. 180 gallons of gas, at 6 pounds per gallon, weighs 1080 pounds.

So, with a full tank, you are right at 10,000 pounds.
