What Vick did was stupied and reprehensible. He has paid his prescibed debt to society. Let him play. He'll face negative press (some) and the activists at every away venue; his crime(s) will not be overlooked.
For the Eagles he wil be the target; distraction...it could work to deflect some presuure away from the rest of the team; most likely it will be a TO like distraction.

I know that the Eagles have had problems, and that Joe Walsh can't hit many notes anymore at all... but I still don't understand why Vick will be singing with them.

If he's turned the page and makes a huge effort to reach the community and work against animal abuse. . . if he is going to make a positive impact, I say let him have the chance. There was a good comment recently which says if a person has no shot of redemtion after serving their prison time, why bother releasing them.
