Now I'm really curious. OK, so it's obviously not a Cigarette. Any idea what the hell it is?

Still need the VIN number to figure it out. I have looked at everything I could think of and have not matched that transom design on anything yet.

I thought I read somewhere this was a real Cig at one point that had a fire onboard. Someone took the hull, cut a few feet off the back, and tried to make a usable boat out of it. I could be wrong...

So maybe a twin step turned into a single step?

I don't think it is in any part Cigarette. Maybe the cigarette lighter on the dash.
It has 3 lifting strakes. Do any cigs have 3? I thought they all had 2.

I can tell you it isnt a Cig by the strakes and chines which i am assuming are original to whatever hull that is. I cant find anything with three full length strakes in the configuration or the steep hard chine. I'm stumped as well and i think i may have aggravated the owner a bit by questioning it. his response to me was:

"It started out as a 2003 Cigarette, i titled the boat and DNR said it is a 2003 cigarette. Why do you question it? Is my title wrong?"

Cig didnt make a 33 in 03 (or ever i think) My best guess is that it was tho boats grafted together at the little step this thats go'in on there but the step ends at the chine and does not travel down the deadrise. I keep looking for any clue but i dont see anything on that boat familiar at all. Its definitely a conglomeration of some sort

anybody have a pic of one of those old Caymans? Those were kinda odd looking and share a few similarities with this thing

I think Cig did make a 33' way back in the day, but it didn't look ANYTHING like this. It almost looks like someone added on a considerable amount of width at the rubrail area. The windshield is narrow compared to the beam like the old Challenger Super-V 24's. They had 3 stakes too. They made a 30' too but I don't think it looked like that. Maybe someone butchered one of them.
Here is a pic of the 24'.

He responded that the prefix is AVH which comes back as an Avance and the last two digits are 95 but is somehow titled as an 03 Cig. Not sure who or how that could have been titled as a Cig. Pretty odd. . .

Wow! He really came down in price. Someone should buy it so we can dissect it and figure out what the phuck it is. Last time he was sure it was worth what 40 if it was fixed up.

The deck almost reminds me of an Activator 30.

Maybe if he leaves a cover off in the rain for a few more years, it will actually fall apart and then he can set the pieces out by the curb.
