Don't know if this is a forum issue or a user malfunction, but just noticed in a thread in the Cig forum that the poster changed the title, and it changed WITHIN the post but not on the subforum line.

May be a non-issue because I think I recognize the poster and he might act poorly quickly enough that the thread is erased in it's entirety anyways.
